Hey Trap Queens! I’m so excited to present Trap Haus Kouture to you guys, but first let me introduce myself. My name is Myrissa, and I always wanted to be a fashion designer growing up. My mother taught me how to hand sew when I was in middle school. Shortly after, I began designing and stitching together small projects. I went thru all of the craziest fashion fads back in the day- rockstar lifestyle with the rhinestone name belt, plaid shorts and polo top with Ed Hardy boots, full floral outfit from head to toe including headband, etc. In fact, I actually made and sold floral headbands at my high school at one point. In college, I worked at American Eagle so I could get a taste of clothing retail. I always pictured myself going to fashion school and entering into the fashion world completely. However, I chose a different route. Along with my passion for fashion, I always enjoyed helping people and desired to work in the healthcare field. In 2021, I received my doctorate and became a registered pharmacist. I knew one day I could combine both pharmacy and fashion, so Trap Haus Kouture was born! However, it’s much bigger than me. 

Trap Haus Kouture is not just a boutique, it’s a brand. The goal is to empower women to look good and feel good. We are not only looking to connect women through fashion but also through mental and physical health, community service and fun!
